the issue
Demnatural makes water based propolis products with no alcohol, no glycol and no preservatives. A product like that has to earn trust before it earns a sale. Over ten years the range grew from one hero product into supplements, skin health and cosmetics, and the store had to grow with it without losing that clarity.
Behind every order sat the same chain of small jobs. Take the payment, hand the parcel to the right carrier, issue the invoice, send a receipt. Done by hand, that chain slows down as the brand grows. The goal was simple: an order placed should be an order handled, with nobody in the middle copying information between systems.
the solution
Five versions in ten years, each one redesigned around where the brand was at that moment. None of them started from zero, because each one was built on everything the previous version had taught us about the business. The store changed shape, but the thinking behind it kept its memory.
The store runs on WooCommerce with PayTR handling payments. Shipping connects to multiple carriers so every order leaves the way the business needs it to. The catalog also handles quantity pricing, where the unit price drops as the pack gets bigger, without any manual calculation on either side.
Invoicing is fully automated. When an order completes, the invoice is generated and the customer receives a branded PDF receipt, with no one retyping anything. The owner sees orders moving, not tasks waiting.
